• Glass Substrate - TGV (Through Glass Via) Inspection

Inspecting the TGV quality of wafer-level glass substrates. 

Metrology: Hole diameter, hole depth, eccentricity, and circularity (roundness).

Defect Detection: Sidewall integrity, chipping, foreign objects (FOD), contamination, chemical residues, and glass surface defects.

• Electronic Grade Glass Fabric - Defect Inspection

Inspecting physical and cosmetic defects in various types of electronic grade glass fiber fabrics (e.g., E-Glass Fabric, complying with IPC-1010/1027/1067/1080, etc.). Target Defects: Yarn-related defects (yarn defects) and weaving-related defects (weaving defects).
