Inspection Scope:

• Display Panel & Glass Surface : Automated detection of pixel defects (bright/dark spots), scratches, pressure marks, foreign objects, cracks, and optical abnormalities such as Mura and backlight bleeding.
• Back Cover (A-case) : Comprehensive surface inspection including scratches, dents, foreign matter, color inconsistency, and specific quality control for Logo integrity (scratches and contamination).
