使用高解析攝影機與全光譜LED光源,捕捉布料表面影像,透過電腦影像處理(Computer Vision)技術,分析布料的表面特徵。運用深度學習演算法(Deep Learning),訓練模型識別布料瑕疵分類,例如:破洞、污漬、斷紗、紗結、色斑、染劑殘留、幅寬變異…等約1400多種布料瑕疵。

Advanced Imaging & AI Analysis Utilizing high-resolution cameras and full-spectrum LED lighting, the system captures precise images of the fabric surface. By leveraging advanced Computer Vision technology, the system analyzes complex surface textures and characteristics with high fidelity. Deep Learning Expertise Powered by sophisticated Deep Learning algorithms, our trained models can accurately identify and classify over 1,400 types of fabric defects. These include : Holes / Stains & Smudges /Broken Yarn /Yarn Knots/Dye Residue/Width Variations...etc.

系統具備「滾動式學習」的人機協作功能,不影響產能下,可不斷優化瑕疵辨識的準確度,快速與準確地檢驗出布料表面瑕疵,並將瑕疵規格賦予數據量化的客觀標準。
